Continuing Care Unit (CCU)

Continuing Care Unit (CCU) is a long-term care facility, which provides care for 100 residents, most of whom are elderly.

Volunteers in this area support patients with:

• Bedside visits
• Spiritual comfort
• Community outings
• Activities, e.g. bingo, exercise group, and massages
• Meal service

They assist the staff by:

• Running errands
• Providing clerical support
• Stocking trolleys
