CARDIAC REHABILITATION SERVICES are offered to patients and their families following a heart attack, heart surgery or coronary angioplasty/stents and heart failure. The main goal of this service is to assist patients in developing a healthy lifestyle plan that includes physical activity, education, stress management and nutrition counseling.
